The primary objective was to help Becoming Institute improve their enrollment platform. This involved automating applicant follow-ups to re-engage those who started but didn’t finish their forms, and delivering weekly progress summaries to the admin team. The goal was to save time, reduce manual effort, and significantly improve application completion rates.
Problem
- High Application Dropout Rate: Many applicants began their enrollment forms but failed to complete them, leading to missed opportunities and incomplete data.
- Time-Consuming Manual Follow-ups : The process of manually sending follow-up emails to incomplete applications was highly inefficient, inconsistent, and consumed significant administrative time.
- Lack of Admin Visibility : Admins lacked an easy and consistent way to track weekly application progress or gain insights from applicant data, hindering proactive management.
